Our Cancellation and Refund Policy

At Holisera, we aim to provide you with the knowledge and support you need on your growth journey. We look forward to seeing you in class and at all our events learning and enjoying new experiences alongside other Holisera community members. However, we understand that life is unpredictable, and from time to time, plans can change. If for any reason, you need to cancel your registration for a class or event, our support team is here to assist in those moments too! Please read our Cancellation and Refund Policy below.

 

For Live Online or In-Person Events (e.g. classes, workshops, retreats, training, etc.):

Cancellation and refund requests must be submitted in writing at least 30 days before the first day of the event. Holisera will reimburse you the total amount paid if you request it within the specified time frame. If you submit your request within 30 days of the event, Holisera will reimburse you for the event minus the deposit paid at the time of registration.

 

For Online On-Demand Content (e.g. single classes, mini-series, workshops, etc.):

Cancellation and refund requests must be submitted in writing before consuming or downloading any portion of the purchased on-demand content. For example, if you have started the first class of a 10-class series, no refund or credit can be issued. Similarly, no refund or credit will be issued if you have downloaded any material provided as part of the purchased package.   

 

Cancellation and refund requests can be submitted directly to our Customer Support team via email at customersupport@holisera.org. Please make sure to include the type of request in the subject line and the following details in your email:

  • Full name

  • Contact information (email + phone number)

  • Name and date of event/class in question

  • A detailed description of your request

 

Requests will be processed within 5 business days. Where applicable, we will refund you within 30 days of approval. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the registration.

 

Modifications to Services or Events:

Holisera may, at times, due to unforeseen circumstances, need to cancel or change the date or location of an event. In the event of modifications, we will make every effort to provide you with notice as soon as possible and offer suitable alternatives. In the case of a cancellation, payments will be reimbursed in full. Should the new schedule or location be an issue and prevent you from attending the event, you may request a refund or register for the next available date of your event of interest.

 

Please note that Holisera is not responsible for any expenses incurred due to event or service cancellations or reschedulings, such as travel or accommodation expenses.

 

Refunds for Bundles Purchased through a Third Party:

Refund requests for any Holisera event, service, or product purchased through a third party vendor must be submitted directly to the vendor, as Holisera would have no record of your transaction on file.
